pH measurements are as common in industrial applications as temperature and pressure measurements, and many water qualities require pH monitoring. The pH-sensitive part of the pH electrode is the hemispherical electrode tip, which is the glass membrane. The membrane is made of special hydrogen ion-sensitive glass, and the glass electrode is partially filled with a buffer solution such as potassium chloride, usually with a pH of 7. A silver wire coated with silver chloride is inserted into the glass electrode, all the way into the internal buffer, to serve as a conductive electrode. The thickness and composition of the gel layer determine the response time and characteristic slope of the glass electrode, so the gel layer is critical to the performance of the electrode. Daruifuno's ASP100 series pH electrode has a glass shell and is made of high-quality glass membrane material. It has fast response speed and long service life, and is suitable for general water treatment situations.…
